Did You Know? At the Current Pace, Gender Equality Is Still Over a Century Away

Despite decades of progress, global gender equality remains far out of reach. According to the World Economic Forum’s 2025 Global Gender Gap Report, full gender parity is still projected to take over 100 years to achieve. While some gains have been made in education and workforce participation, progress in political leadership and economic opportunity remains slow and uneven—highlighting how fragile and incomplete gender equity still is worldwide.
